Tenants of Organ, whether vendors, artists, or non-profits have the option of either renting or buying their individual container, at rates that are easily affordable. Tenants may either build out the containers themselves, or utilize the services of in-house architects or contractors, also available at modest rates. “Naked” 40′containers for vendors will rent for $300 a month, and built out containers will rent for $500 a month, with built-out clustered units priced on a case-by-case basis, according to the buyer’s needs. The 20′ artist studio container, which are projected to include electricity, sink, toilet, mini shower, and two windows, will rent for approximately $300 per month, Tenants will pay a monthly $100 maintenance fee, which will go toward utilities, ground maintenance, minor repairs, and use of toilet facilities.
